Resisting Repression: A Movement Building Approach

Historically, all struggles for justice and liberation that threaten the status-quo have faced repression. How can our actions and organizational efforts be effective while also limiting the damage caused by reactionary push-back? Garrett Fitzgerald, former RNC8 defendant and member of the 2008 RNC Welcoming Committee, will share his experience fighting terrorism charges and working on several political legal support committees, while also drawing from the experiences of attendees.
